Future For Food (3F) adopts a zero-tolerance policy against bribery, corruption, and influence peddling in any jurisdiction where it operates.
  • Prohibitions: Bribes, kickbacks, facilitation payments, illegal political contributions, and other illicit practices are strictly prohibited.
  • Compliance: 3F adheres to local and international laws, including Law No. 12.846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law), maintaining detailed and accurate financial records.
  • Prevention: We engage auditing services to detect and prevent fraud and money laundering, ensuring compliance with Law No. 9.613/1998.
b) Conflicts of Interest
3F implements measures to avoid conflicts of interest, ensuring transparent and impartial decisions.
  • Guidelines: Personal or organizational conflicts that harm clients’ interests are identified and managed in accordance with Law No. 12.813/2013.
c) Economic Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering
3F strictly complies with international economic sanctions, export controls, and anti-money laundering legislation.
  • Compliance: We apply measures based on Law No. 13.810/2019, related to the freezing of assets of individuals or entities associated with illicit activities.
d) Privacy and Personal Data Security
3F complies with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018) to protect clients’ personal information.
  • Security Measures: We adopt robust practices to prevent unauthorized access and ensure confidentiality. In case of data breaches, clients are notified immediately.
e) Fair Competition
We are committed to fair competition practices, following Law No. 12.529/2011, which regulates the Brazilian Competition Defense System (SBDC).
f) Stock Market Transactions
3F does not trade clients’ securities or use privileged information, in accordance with Law No. 6.385/1976 and Law No. 6.404/1976.
g) Intellectual Property and Confidential Information
We ensure respect for intellectual property and protect confidential information, as established by Law No. 9.279/1996 and Law No. 9.610/1998.
 
2. Sustainability
a) Environmental Protection
3F promotes environmental preservation and reduces impacts in compliance with legislation.
  • Actions: Whenever possible, we prioritize remote activities to minimize carbon footprints.
  • Compliance: We adhere to Law No. 6.938/1981 (National Environmental Policy) and Law No. 12.651/2012 (New Forest Code).
 
3. Human Rights
3F is committed to protecting human rights, based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1988 Brazilian Federal Constitution.
  • Child Labor: We do not hire individuals under 16 and ensure safe working conditions for those over 18.
  • Forced Labor: We respect freedom of choice in employment, rejecting compulsory labor practices.
